We offer our services in select areas including Naperville, Aurora, Bolingbrook, Wheaton, Downers Grove, Lisle, Winfield, Warrenville and Woodridge. For applications outside of these areas, a detailed assessment will be carried out to determine feasibility and additional costs.
- Reservation and Scheduling:
Our booking process is accessible through our website and hotline, designed to be efficient and tailored to your specific needs. We will confirm your reservation with all the necessary details, ensuring your complete satisfaction and preparation for our service.
- Diversified Payment Methods:
We provide secure and diverse payment options, including credit cards, electronic transfers, and online payments, facilitating a secure and easy transaction process for all our customers. A credit card number must be kept on file with Clean & Flowers to charge the value of the services whenever you need them. Additionally, to ensure the preparation of a personalized floral arrangement that matches the size and specifications of the chosen plan or service, a deposit of up to 40% of the service value is required upon reservation. This deposit guarantees the availability and customization of our exclusive floral offerings tailored to your preferences.
- Detailed Description of Services:
We clean the living space of your home, spaces where there is air conditioning/heating/ventilation:
– Bathrooms: Includes deep cleaning of all surfaces, toilets, showers/bathtubs, mirrors, floors and fixtures. changing bathroom linens, cleaning lamps. We focus on disinfection and polishing to ensure a hygienic and shiny space.
– Kitchens: Cleaning countertops, ovens, refrigerator exteriors, and more appliances, sinks, faucets and floors. We also offer you to wash the breakfast dishes. Our goal is to restore shine and cleanliness to your kitchen, placing special emphasis on frequently used areas.
– Bedrooms: Meticulous vacuuming, dusting including decorative objects and flat surfaces, changing bedding with attention to detail, dusting lamps and basic organization of clothes and objects to create an orderly and cozy environment.
– Dining room: cleaning and vacuuming furniture and objects, cleaning the floor and accessible windows, fluffing cushions and setting the scene with beautiful fresh flowers

- Limitations on the service:
– Internal cleaning and organization of Large Appliances, drawers and closets are not included in the standard cleaning due to time and specialization restrictions. If your plan does not include it, we can offer this option as an additional service with prior request and agreement on the price. .
– Moving Heavy Furniture: For safety, we do not move large furniture or appliances for cleaning and items weighing more than 25 pounds, but we will endeavor to clean around and underneath them as much as possible.
– Cleaning of porches, gardens, attics, attics, and garages is not included in the service, but if you need it additionally we will be happy to do it for an additional cost.
– Exterior cleaning of windows, and high places that require a ladder, thus avoiding risks
– Washing, folding, ironing clothes is not part of our service, but we will do it if you notify us in advance and with an additional price.
– Pet care is not part of our service while we are working.
– Childcare: it is not part of our service and we prefer that children are with a responsible adult at all times.
– Unclogging pipes, assembling or disassembling objects, removing old stains from any surface, cutting grass, taking care of ornamental plants, is not part of our job, but we will always try to help you in any way possible for your greatest satisfaction.
– Cooking and serving food is not part of the cleaning tasks, but if you occasionally require the service, we can do it for an agreed upon fee.
– We do not clean, touch or move firearms, it is best if you keep them in a private place while we clean.
– We do not clean blood, animal/human feces, urine, vomit, body fluids, or similar biological risks.
- Use of safe and ecological Products:
We use good quality cleaning supplies, depending on your choice we can use ecological, organic cleaning products, with additional costs; We emphasize our sustainable practices and contribute to a healthy environment at home.
- Insurance and Comprehensive Liability:
We are fully insured, offering details about our insurance coverage and how it protects you during our services.

We guarantee rigorous protection of your personal information, detailing our security measures and commitment to your privacy.
- Terms and Conditions Updates:
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes to our services or applicable law. We are committed to communicating any changes in a clear and timely manner, keeping you informed.
- Promotion of Feedback and Communication:

- Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that for multiple reasons you may need to reschedule or cancel service. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow for effective resource management and to offer service to other waiting customers. Late cancellations incur a charge of up to 100% of the cost of the requested service since we deliver an arrangement of perishable fresh flowers that have an economic cost for us and we cannot store or save them.
The recurring services we offer are at a discounted price. If you decide to cancel recurring service after a single cleaning, regular one-time cleaning charges will apply.

Cleaning is a service performed by humans, so sometimes an area may not be clean to your satisfaction. We do not give refunds, but we are happy to re-clean any areas you are not happy with. Please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning. We will always do everything possible to ensure your total satisfaction.
- Incentives
Tipping at Clean and Flowers is optional, but it greatly incentivizes the cleaning professionals, and is a nice way to thank them; Also writing a good review incentivizes the people who make your home look and feel beautiful and clean.
Terms and Conditions for Floral Arrangements
Definition of Floral Design
At Clean & Flowers, our floral design embodies the artistry and technique of combining premium flowers with natural elements such as leaves, stems, and branches. We strive to create aesthetic compositions that transcend simple flower placement, utilizing principles of design like proportion, contrast, and harmony for visually stunning and expressive arrangements.
Services and Included Floral Arrangements
– One Time Service Cleaning / Monthly Plans: Receivers get a small yet elegant floral arrangement comprising 12 fresh-cut roses. The colors and designs are subject to availability. The arrangement does not include a base and will be placed in a vase provided by the client.
– Deep Cleaning / Bi-Weekly Plans: Features a medium floral arrangement with at least 24 roses. As with all our offerings, colors and designs vary based on what’s available and it does not include a base; it will be accommodated in a client-provided vase.
– Move in/Out / Weekly Plans: Includes a large, luxurious floral arrangement of 36 roses, designed to add a touch of elegance and luxury. Colors and designs are chosen based on current availability and, similar to other plans, do not include a base and will be placed in a client’s vase.
Customized Floral Arrangement Policy
We take pride in offering premium South American roses renowned for their beauty and quality. The design, color, and quantity of roses in each bouquet are determined by current availability, ensuring the delivery of the freshest and most attractive options. Our varied color palette allows for the creation of breathtaking arrangements that reflect the essence of each season.
Arrangements are uniquely crafted to complement the available roses, offering random yet exquisite designs with every delivery. For those desiring specific designs, colors, or quantities, we offer customization options. Note that custom requests require at least one week’s notice and will incur additional charges, enabling us to cater to individual preferences while upholding our standard of excellence.
Delivery Policies
Floral arrangements are delivered concurrently with our cleaning services and are not available for separate delivery dates.
Flower Care
Included with every delivery are care instructions to maximize the freshness and lifespan of your arrangement. Recommendations include stem trimming, using provided flower food, and regular water changes.
Cancellations and Claims
For cancellations or to address any dissatisfaction or damage, please contact Clean & Flowers within 24 hours of delivery.
Allergies and Sensitivities
Clients are encouraged to inform us about any allergies or sensitivities to ensure the floral arrangement meets their health and safety standards.
